  1. Place your thumb about 10 inches in front of your face and focus on it for 10 – 15 seconds.
  2. You can also focus on an object, that is 5 – 10 feet away. From 10 -15 seconds.
  3. Now focus on an object that is 10 – 20 feet in front of you. Without moving your head.
  4. Again you should focus on the object for 10 – 15 seconds.

No rush take your time.

After 10 – 15 seconds, refocus on your thumb.
